Which one suits you

Three ways to spend an hour on the mat

  • Steady pressure and stretches from the feet to the shoulders. The one most people book first.

  • Lighter pressure, slow rocking and small stretches, for a first try or a tired week.

  • Fifteen or thirty more minutes on the neck and shoulders, or the legs and hips.

Choose a length and a time.

Tuesday to Friday until 8 in the evening, and Saturday mornings.
