A gentler pace

The same mat, with a smaller range

For a first try, a tired week, or anyone who would rather be rocked than stretched.

The gentle session keeps everything that makes Thai massage what it is: you stay clothed, the mat is padded, and you are asked before each move. The pressure is lighter, the stretches are smaller, and the holds are longer.

  • 45 or 60 minutes

  • Lighter pressure, slow rocking

  • Small stretches, each one asked for

What happens

Settle, move a little, rest

  1. 01

    Step 1: Settle

We sit with you for a minute, ask about pressure and what to leave alone, and start with slow rocking along the legs.

  2. 02

    Step 2: Move a little

Small stretches for the hips, back and shoulders, each one shown first and taken only as far as you like.

  3. 03

    Step 3: Rest

We stay on the shoulders and neck, then leave you under a blanket for a quiet minute.

Questions about the gentle session

Is it a good first session?

Yes. Many people start here, then book the standard mat session once they know how it feels.

Can I ask for lighter pressure partway through?

Always. Say so at any point and we change it.

Do I still stay clothed?

Yes. You stay in your own loose clothes for the whole session.

Book a gentle session.

Start with forty-five minutes if you are not sure.
